![]() ![]() I think Sony should have given us more internal storage and they should have told everyone you can only play ps5 games on a small amount of internal storage (after the software, that amount isn’t much bigger than 1/2tb) before people bought the console. I would need a transfer to happen in 2 minutes or less for me to be happy with it. Copying ps5 games back and forth to an external is just too much of a pain in the rear that I don’t want to buy any more ps5 games. I find sometimes it is faster to re-download it than transfer it. Sony’s answer is store your ps5 games on the external and then when you want to play transfer it over because they say it is faster than re-downloading it. Only giving us a small amount of internal storage is unacceptable. It is around $900 to buy an internal 4gb ssd that will work in ps5. Sounds nice, but I think it would be more important for Sony to solve the storage problem. Please stay tuned to their channels for updates as you’ll have the best experience with VRR once their game patches are live. These are just a few of the PS5 titles receiving VRR support and we’d like to thank their talented development teams. In the coming weeks, the PS5 versions of these titles will receive game patches enabling VRR support: Gameplay in many PS5 titles feels smoother as scenes render seamlessly, graphics look crisper, and input lag is reduced.* Previously released PS5 games can be fully optimized for VRR through a game patch and future games may include VRR support at launch. This enhances visual performance for PS5 games by minimizing or eliminating visual artifacts, such as frame pacing issues and screen tearing. On HDMI 2.1 VRR-compatible TVs and PC monitors, VRR dynamically syncs the refresh rate of the display to the PS5 console’s graphical output. The surprise Live A Live remake is launching this month, the latest in the popular HD-2D style after Octopath Traveler and Triangle Strategy.Today, we’re excited to announce that Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) support will start rolling out globally to PS5 players this week.
